Robotics and Transformation Executive

The Position:

Pega is seeking a high caliber self-motivated individual with extensive knowledge of the Intelligent Automation market.

In this role, you will:

  • Become a Pega Robotics expert, understand the technology differentiators and how customers leverage Pega Robotics to deliver business critical solution
  • Educate Sales Managers & Account Executives to roll out such campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing leadership, assist in creating campaigns to targeted verticals or geographies
  • Engage with Marketing, Sales and Sales Consulting to deliver them, generating pipeline
  • Work with Account Executives and Sales Managers to qualify opportunities
  • Engage with Customers at multiple levels, from business sponsor to IT Architects to ensure qualified opportunities quickly move to close
  • Deliver presentations and deep-dive sessions to address business challenges related to robotics and transformation
  • Work with Account Executives and Sales Managers to qualify opportunities
  • Engage with Customers at multiple levels, from business sponsor to IT Architects to ensure qualified opportunities quickly move to close
  • Deliver presentations and deep-dive sessions to address business challenges related to robotics and transformation
  • Support opportunities by completing RFI/RFP responses pertaining to Pega Robotics
  • Create and update enterprise content libraries to provide access to others in the Sales organization.
  • Provide Robotics and transformation expertise to the Sales teams on specific opportunities

The Person:

Reporting to the Vice President of Robotics and Transformation and based in either Boston or Atlanta, this individual will already have a deep understanding of thecompetingmarket place with RPA and other automation technologies and will be able to communicate and educate with peers in one-on-one meetings, at trade shows and other group events.

This individual will possess the ability to be self-motivated to articulate on our core messages and evangelize the same across the entire Pega eco system. This individual will also possess the willingness and desire to "get the job" done to drive success. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Computer Science
  • 5+ years experience in the RPA and Digital Transformation space
  • Proven track record working with senior executives across large global enterprises
