Recruiting Sourcer - EMEA

We're looking for a professional, diligent, innovative Recruiting Sourcers to join our ranks and support the growth of our EMEA region.

We're looking for proactive, inquisitive, smart professionals who really get a buzz from connecting people and building relationships. People who would enjoy the challenge of finding hard to reach talent and introducing them to the next step in their careers. The role is to partner with recruiters and the business, you would interview and assess candidates' fit for our various roles across EMEA. We've been able to support annual business growth of 25% year on year and are looking forward to smashing through our growth headcount number in EMEA to take our business to even greater heights.

This would be your opportunity to join a real success story and grow your recruiting career, along with the candidates you source, in line with Pega's business. You would be able to work with a team of Recruiting professionals using Linkedin Recruiter, our bespoke ATS, Predictive Index and many other market leading tools. By developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, you will build out Pega's and your own brand in the market.

We will provide you with solid training and support. Every person in the team is developed, and, as long as you can manage your own time, hit targets, motivate yourself and work at a fast pace, we will help you to succeed.

This is an extremely diverse and varied role. Our team recruits across countries throughout the EMEA region and we fill all of our positions directly (without agency support). From and day to day perspective, about half of your time is spent reaching out to the talent market. The rest of your time will be spent strategizing on talent acquisition techniques as well as interviewing and preparing these candidates for review by the hiring team. We also have valuable team projects on the side we all take part in.
