As a member of the Pega Consulting team, you will work closely with our project teams and clients driving customer success and market leadership with the goal of improving the successful design and implementation of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) projects.

In this role, you'll help us drive work at both the enterprise and project level including scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, and UAT and production deployment.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Ensure customer success by effectively managing and delivering in different work environments by understanding the dynamics, timing, etc.
• Present to senior management levels on architectural decisions
• Provide thought leadership to fellow team members and the client across business and technical project dimensions, solving enterprise-wide complex business requirements
• Ensure delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed and meet/perform to technical and functional requirements; work in conjunction with Engagement Leader to size configuration and development efforts and to manage scope and risks

• Acted in advisory capacity to sales and service management on business and technical issues, delivering as appropriate "mini-inception" packages which may include inception, sizing, planning, and proposals
• Assisted with the identification and development of additional consulting and license opportunities
• Conducted product work reviews with team members

• BS Degree with 12 years of experience, or Master Degree with 8 years of experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
• Expert in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale enterprise application systems
  • Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
  • Strong OO experience
• Completion of training and certification in PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) System Architect (CSA); PRPC Senior System Architect (CSSA); Methodology Black Belt (CMBB); and Customer Process Manager Architect (CPM) and PRPC Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• 4+ years of PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) experience
• Expert knowledge of PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
• Specialized knowledge within industry domain and frameworks
• The ability to travel nationwide to client sites 50% of the time
