The Solution Consultant (also known as a "Presales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant) is a passionate technical thought leader working collaboratively within a sales team and as a key contributor to the Pega Solutions Consulting team, you will help drive our Pega KYC/CLM application sales and have the ability to collaborate & build sophisticated & exciting software demonstrations & presentations to the top global companies.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Oversight & advisor of key accounts that span multiple Account Executives across industry vertical teams
  • Collaborate and provide expert knowledge on sales involving CLM/KYC across target accounts, working with the aligned industry sales teams
  • Assist in the production of compelling RFP's and other proposals to clients
  • Propose technical and business solutions in support of CLM/KYC sales campaigns and serve as the domain expert of proposed solutions to prospective clients
  • Assist the sales team with the radiation strategy into CLM/KYC target accounts by building customer relationships
  • Plan sales campaigns in conjunction with account executives and lead efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into the sales campaigns
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results, along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups ensuring the successful execution of the CLM/KYC sales strategy
  • Be the thought leader for Customer Onboarding and complex KYC regulatory mandates


Who You Are:

  • You have a strong affinity for technology and background working with Enterprise application development platforms, with previous relevant hands-on product experience
  • You are a proven leader and can point to examples where your leadership has had a material impact on an organisation or account
  • You have demonstrated experience in a similar product, sales or technology role within a growing organisation and you are comfortable and credible when influencing and shaping thinking at the very highest levels within an organisation
  • Throughout your career you have helped shape solutions that are technically innovative and delivered business value


What You've Accomplished:

  • Considerable and demonstratable experience performing a technical or sales client facing role, working with leading enterprise technology and dealing with large complex customer landscapes
  • Excellent experience in customer onboarding business applications
  • Hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory mandates and industry practices in financial services, ideally with a good KYC knowledge and AML background
  • Must have the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined with the interpersonal skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs
  • Lead within a team and presented to exec level stakeholders, displaying confidence and credibility
  • Proven ability to execute on go to market strategies and driving engagement with teams across a diverse organisation
