This position is an opportunity to drive the successful business outcomes for multiple Pega Consulting projects associated with several world class customers within the Financial Services Industry. It is vital to the health of our business that we have capable individuals leading the most critical engagements with some of our largest customers such as UBS and Credit Suisse. Pegasystems seeks a pragmatic and thoughtful, yet innovative Executive to join our growing team, helping drive Pega's growth through world class customer relationship management, customer success, and strategic planning aligned with the top line revenue growth associated with our consulting business.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure successful outcomes by verifying the Pega team's understanding of the business goals of the solution and tracking administrative processes across the portfolio of projects
- Frame the delivery approach for new opportunities by participating in the operational walkthrough, sizing the opportunity, writing the Application Profile, developing the 'R' and determining the right delivery approach
- Define the delivery model (client, partner or Pega-led) and clarify roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate license pipeline growth by actively listening for and capturing new license opportunities in target accounts
- Work with the AE to pursue new opportunities within assigned portfolio of accounts
- Develop a periodic revenue forecast for the current, next, and next + 1 quarter

You have proven experience in professional services delivery or business development, as well as experience Financial Services industries. You are a natural, fast-paced learner able to turn out solutions of your own initiative, and you are comfortable positioning yourself as an educator equipped to offer large accounts practical solutions to relevant industry problems. You can speak with confidence and clarity and carry your own in a conversation with C-suite executives or VPs of Marketing. This is a position for someone who is a goal-driven, challenge-obsessed performer. Highly qualified applicants will be considered for leadership roles.
- BA/BS (Business or Technical Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a professional services delivery or business development role
- Expertise in FS industry
- Business Process Management (BPM)/Business Rules Engines (BRE), and Business Transformation, CRM experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
- Preferred location is Zurich
