Account Executive - Financial Services Industry

You will help customers realize the benefits of Pega solutions, with potential accounts in the financial services industry. You'll have the chance to win business from large insurance and banking firms.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Engage new organizations/accounts and radiate new business within existing customer base in assigned portfolio
  • Continuously and tenaciously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through contextual prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods
  • Provide insight to the customer as the basis of the commercial conversation, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to compete in their market
  • Work with Pega's partners to generate Pega value propositions


Who You Are:

  • You'll collaborate and sell. Clients will actively seek knowledge about Pega's highly-rated software solutions, and you'll direct the conversation and connect to key resources that lead to major sales deals.
  • You'll open doors into new accounts and develop existing accounts as part of your client portfolio, both by direct approach and by using loyal relationships with partners.
  • You will constantly create sales activity which builds pipeline and leads to a strong revenue stream, working together with marketing and pre-sales.


What You've Accomplished:

  • 5+ years' experience in the software industry
  • Some knowledge of BPM, CRM, case management software, or enterprise-wide solutions
  • Advanced Japanese at the native or near-native level and minimum business-level English communication ability
