Support Team Member - Level 1 Support

The primary purpose of this position is to field questions regarding production applications and provide responses as needed to meet and comply with the PEAK Process.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a member of the level 1 support team to assist with issues with Bullhorn CRM/ATS, Bullhorn Back Office, Job Boards, CloudCall and all other technology-related issues.
  • Input office locations in order to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversee quality updates for job postings.
  • Act as a backup for individuals in Corporate and Administrative roles as needed.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

  • Incumbent will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device for extended periods of time, and office machinery as needed.
  • Individual may occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Position may occasionally require multiple day and overnight travel.
  • Incumbent must be able to read, see, hear, and speak.

Work Days and Shifts:
  • Position primarily works Monday- Friday, daylight hours.
  • Due to work with West Coast operations, position may occasionally require work outside of these hours.

Education/Certification(s)/License(s) Required:
  • Associate' s Degree in business, or equivalent work experience.

Experience/Other Required:
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills and software aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of the staffing industry.
