Looking for talented Senior Electrical or Computer Engineer to join the Microelectronics team to help design and develop high performance computing boards and components for the Space Industry.


  • Design single board computers and other board or component products for space applications.
  • Create requirements, specifications, component selection, Schematics, analysis, test & debug.
  • Interfacing with other team members (software, FPGA, process engineers, board layout) as well as customers to solve complex problems.
  • Create test plans and procedures, formal design analysis and reviews.

Qualifications - Preferred Skills:
  • Innovative, great work ethics, self-motivated/self-directed, detail oriented, interested in working in a teamwork environment.
  • Experience in high speed digital design, schematic capture, timing waveform and timing analysis, design and signal integrity simulation and termination approaches/optimization.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the following components is desired: FPGA' s, FLASH NAND, SDRAM, DDR2/DDR3, high speed SERDES (SRIO, PCIe) and PowerPC processors.
  • Ability to develop, articulate and present technical information appropriately targeted to meet the needs of audiences at all levels of technical understanding in both written and verbal form preferred.
  • FPGA design flow experience is beneficial (synthesis, place/route, timing analysis, VHDL/Verilog).

  • Bachelor' s degree required (BSEE or BS Computer Engineering degree, masters is a plus).
  • MS preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience.
