A fast-growing environmental consulting firm is looking for a Civil Engineer to develop design plans for commercial and industrial site development including natural gas projects. The engineer will develop EROSION & SEDIMENT Control Plans, Post Construction Stormwater Management Plans, and permit applications, including Notices of Intent for NPDES and ESCGP permits.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight.
  • Quality Control of design work by other individuals.
  • Manage work flow to produce deliverables and meet deadlines for engineering tasks.
  • Increased Project Management possible for right candidate.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • PE in Pennsylvania, Ohio and/or West Virginia is required
  • 5-10 years of experience in earthwork grading plans for natural gas well pads, compressor stations, access roads and commercial developments.
  • 5+ years of experience with gas pipeline layout.
  • Stormwater and E & S design and process requirements under
    • PA DEP ESCGP-2
    • WV DEP NOI and General Permit
    • ODNR Standards
  • Bachelor' s in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited school.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills and experience in Civil 3D.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail.
  • Superior quality control abilities.
  • Ability to work well with others.
