Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in the analysis, execution, and delivery of business and technology solutions for key stakeholders and decision makers throughout the firm. You will leverage and build upon your skills in project delivery, proven analysis techniques and expertise in BI applications.  Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are critical to managing competing priorities across a dynamic business environment.  In this role you will be pushed and challenged to devise innovative solutions that impact and shape the future of our organization.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who is willing to travel and has demonstrated the ability to excel independently, within a team, and with cross-functional groups.  This individual will have progressively increased their responsibilities as an analyst and possess a track record in delivering solutions within a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support ongoing and ad-hoc activities related to measurement and analysis across Peak6 businesses
  • Develop and maintain suites of reports across multiple business units, especially CRM, Sales, and Marketing
  • Identify areas of improvement, drive implementation and automation of procedures
  • Manage projects from inception through delivery, including gathering requirements, project planning and timeline management
  • Provide structured content to business leaders summarizing trends and flagging underlying drivers

Qualifications

  • Experience with requirement gathering and ground-up report creation
  • Power user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large datasets; SQL experience a plus
  • 5-7 years working within an analyst or consulting role
  • Familiarity with the B2B marketing, CRM analytics and reporting; familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot a plus
  • Experience with web analytics tools; Google Analytics preferred
  • Degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel
