What to expect

  • Resolving customer queries which are escalated from the 1st level Customer Care Center
  • Answering queries matching your language skills
  • Close co-operation with the external Customer Care Center
  • Liaising with other departments and external partners
  • Create and update communication templates
  • Documentation of resolved queries in our ticket systems

To be successful you need to have

  • A levels or equivalent school leaving certification
  • Relevant professional experience in similar position
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Native/excellent skills in at least one of the following languages - Polish or Romanian
  • Customer- and service-oriented personality
  • Professional manner
  • Independent, collaborative, and pro-active working style
  • A good team player, who works well under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality and an international mindset
