Conversation Analyst

As a key member of the Cognitive Automation Team you will be working with our core technologies as well as helping to design, build, and maintain the natural language conversations for our chatbots. This will include:

  • Working with stakeholders to define their requirements;
  • Defining natural conversations that focus on the user need, but are also appropriate to the business need;
  • Building conversations in Watson;
  • Analysing conversations;
  • Monitoring performance;
  • Working with Data Scientists in the evolution of improvements;
  • Implementing data-driven improvements;
  • Improving bots in line with our driving concept of "building empathy and trust; placing conversations into context; building relationships".

The person:
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Hands-on experience with developing chatbots using IBM Watson
  • Experience in backend API integration
  • Experience in Python development
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
  • Passion for effective conversations between users and chatbots
  • Ability to take initiative and work creatively and effectively
  • Desire to analyse patterns of behaviour and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Good stakeholder management
