Job Description Summary:

The P2P Growth Strategy and Operations manager will lead the creation of strategic frameworks to win across key product/markets for our PayPal Consumer Payment Experience products and ensure the business is delivering on its strategic imperatives across functions. In this role you will be tasked to identify business levers, growth opportunities, lead key projects, and influence across functions to ensure key project’s creation and execution to deliver business metrics.

Job Description:

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.  
  • 5+ years of work experience, including 3 years of management consulting, corporate strategy, Digital Acquisition Agency, and/or consumer package goods brand management experience. 
  • Experience in spreadsheet, presentation software, and any BI tool (e.g. Tableau, power BI)
  • Experience presenting to leadership teams.

Preferred qualifications:  

  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.  
  • Distinctive communication and facilitation skills, with an experience building cross-functional relationships.  
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with limited oversight.  
  • Demonstrated project and/or change management skills and a passion for continuous optimization/process re-engineering.  
  • 2 years of P&L management.
