The Role:

The Provisioning Specialist functions as the escalation point for incoming inquiries and troubleshooting errors from customers and our internal sales team based in the APAC region. This business critical role works directly with vendors & partners to fulfill orders and ensure a positive customer experience across service delivery.

This role is based in Manila, Philippines. Employees are expected to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.

How You'll Make Impact:
  • Resolve API errors on automated orders and communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve errors and order placement or adjustments.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders the reason for any delays and set expectations for resolution.
  • Follow processes to manually provision orders for a sub-set of products.
  • Study Pax8 Platform functionality to acquire knowledge and eventually become a subject matter expert and escalation point.
  • Document solutions of any new errors.
  • Isolate, replicate, and report defects to the appropriate teams; perform production level API testing.
About You:
  • 2+ years experience in a technical and/or customer service environment.
  • Customer service is your passion piece, and you understand the importance of providing an exceptional and consistent experience.
  • Your strong communication skills support you in building relationships seamlessly while allowing you to navigate through conflict when required.
  • Seasoned analytical skills combined with the ability to provide timely resolution to problems.
  • You have a trouble shooting approach - you embrace challenges, problem solve efficiently and can navigate ambiguity.
  • A good sense of humour in emails and life.
  • Please note that candidates for this role must reside in Manilla, Philippines.
