Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Systems

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and business analysts to originate initiatives that deliver crucial business capabilities.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale, high-profile projects in mainly the Finance portfolio and potentially others. Implementations range from vendor selection and deployment to custom application development and integrations, all requiring coordination of internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Develop project plans and manage end-to-end delivery, driving execution during all phases of the project.
  • Identify and provide resolutions to project issues, scope and requirements changes, and resource constraints.
  • Assume responsibility for vendor coordination and management.
  • Act as the point person for project communications with sponsors, stakeholders and team members, including status reporting up to the executive level on mission critical projects.



Position Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years work experience in Project Management with demonstrated track record of successful executions in enterprise systems
  • Oracle Cloud ERP experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, process, and best practices, with high attention to detail. Significant experience with a range of project management models including waterfall and Scrum/Agile.
  • Substantial experience with enterprise financial applications (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred), and solid finance domain knowledge.
  • Knowledge of specific domains including procure-to-pay, accounts receivables and record to report
  • Solid exposure to SaaS platforms.
  • Practical technical knowledge gained through project management and/or hands-on experience with enterprise and other applications.
  • Capable and confident in analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make thoughtful, practical decisions.
  • A team-oriented, collaborative attitude with the ability to foster cooperation amongst upper management, business stakeholders and third-party solution providers.
  • Outstanding, proactive communication skills – written, verbal, presentations, and more.
