At Pandora, we're a unique collection of engineers, musicians, designers, marketers, and world-class sellers with a common goal: to enrich lives by delivering effortless personalized music enjoyment and discovery. People—the listeners, the artists, and our employees—are at the center of our mission and everything we do. Actually, employees at Pandora are a lot like the service itself: bright, eclectic, and innovative. Collaboration is the foundation of our workforce, and we’re looking for smart individuals who are self-motivated and passionate to join us. Be a part of the engine that creates the soundtrack to life. Discover your future at Pandora.

We're looking for a Confluence administrator & content manager to join our team in the Technical Operations department. We administer tools which are essential to Pandora staff across the entire company. Specifically, we maintain the Atlassian applications used for task tracking, agile planning, collaborative content, and code management: JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye/Crucible, and Bitbucket (Stash). Our team has always been responsible for the operational health of Pandora's internal Confluence wiki, but content creation and management have largely been self-service. As Pandora grows, we're seeing an increasing need for a team resource to help our staff get the most out of Confluence. In this role, you'll help your coworkers improve their lives on a daily basis. We're seeking someone experienced and able to hit the ground running, but your ability to learn quickly on the job is equally important. Pandora is a busy and growing company; you won't be bored.

Assist Pandora staff with Confluence content creation (user training, page templates, macros, embedded HTML, information taxonomy)
Add functionality to Confluence as needed (evaluate & install add-ons, implement archiving, improve search)
Handle administration & configuration of Confluence (manage users & permissions, manage themes, integrate other applications, manage upgrades)

Must have:
Deep familiarity with Confluence configuration and the Confluence add-ons ecosystem
Understanding of the details of Confluence markdown, Velocity templating, HTML, and CSS
Experience with collaborative tools and content management
Experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external) and passion for highly visible enterprise support
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time- and project-management skills

Nice to have:
Experience managing a corporate intranet and designing an information architecture/taxonomy/site navigation/look-and-feel
Linux familiarity from a system administration perspective
Proficiency in a scripting/programming language
Experience with APIs and tool/service integration
Administrator experience with other Atlassian applications
Understanding of configuration management and version control systems
Familiarity with databases and SQL
* Understanding of JVMs and Java
