Your Career

As a member of the Palo Alto Networks Professional Services Sales leadership team, you will lead a team of Professional Services Sales Managers and Consultants who are responsible for partnering with the Field Sales teams to sell Transformational Professional Services offerings to our largest and most strategic accounts. You will be partnering with Regional and District Field Sales Leadership to build and drive the Professional Services Sales team to exceed company objectives and grow the impact of your services according to plan. You will be responsible for managing the Professional Services Sales team on a day-to-day basis including pipeline review, demand generation review, channel review, and overall performance management of the Professional Services Sales team.

Your Impact

  • Hire and expand the team to scale with the company growth and objectives
  • Motivate and manage team expectations and goals, guiding account planning, proposal development, and sales strategies for Transformation Services
  • Create strong partnerships with the Regional and District field sales leadership teams to ensure that Transformational Services are an integral element of all sales pursuits
  • Have a direct involvement and influence in top opportunities, focusing sales efforts on large key accounts with the sales teams
  • Build a network of customer executive relationships and execute customer negotiations
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to ensure the proper balance of Palo Alto Networks and partner services are proposed and delivered
  • Travel is required

Your Experience

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of above quota sales experience, and 5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Proven experience selling Professional Services to large enterprise companies
  • Deep understanding of how to build a Professional Services Sales team in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Superb organizational skills
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
