Business Development Representative - Israel (based Amsterdam)

Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in assigned territory
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects in accordance with sales strategies
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Work closely with field and online marketing team to plan marketing programs and set appointments from those leads
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure and attending customer meetings/local trade shows as required
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects to make introduction of our technology

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Must have excellent communication skills in Hebrew
  • Must have good communication skills in English
  • Ambitious/ competitive
  • Preferably technical sales background or at least enthusiasm for technology
