Senior Director, Strategic Alliances, Global SIs and MSPs

As the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances, Global SIs and MSPs, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and operationalizing high-impact strategic partnerships and alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Reporting to the SVP Business Development & Corporate Strategy, you will manage our partnership business plans for GSI and MSP alliances, develop close partner relationships, orchestrate cross-functional execution globally, and drive business success.

This is a strategic, high-impact role, focused on building strategic relationships with the GSIs and MSPs, expanding our integrated solutions, services offerings, and value propositions, driving revenue (ARR) growth through joint go-to-market (e.g., co-marketing, co-sell and field teaming, resell, managed services), and enhancing our market leadership.  You will collaborate closely cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, etc. to develop alignment and coordinate execution.

How You Contribute to Our Vision: Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our strategic alliance relationships, partnership planning, and global operational execution with GSIs and MSPs 
  • Develop close relationships with key stakeholders in the partner organizations
  • Identify and manage opportunities to grow joint business through integrated solutions and services offerings (e.g., integrating PagerDuty in their service lines and reference architectures) and joint go-to-market initiatives (e.g., co-marketing, co-sell and field teaming, resell, managed services)
  • Manage partnership agreements and coordinate their execution
  • Manage partnership business planning, including metrics/goals, offerings and solutions integrations, marketing, enablement, sales, etc. with a focus on key priorities for success 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PM, Engineering, and other teams and ensure alignment
  • Orchestrate and coordinate globally cross-functional execution for each partnership
  • Track and report on partnership metrics/goals (e.g., ARR growth, customer adoption), identify improvement opportunities, and drive alignment

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Track record of high performance in prior roles
  • Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business
  • Solid understanding of GSIs and MSPs and how they operate 
Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Master's degree or additional years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven results in managing strategic partnerships and alliances for significant revenue and business impact  
  • Proven success in partnering with GSIs and MSPs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, DXC, Cognizant, Cap Gemini, Avanade)
  • Experience with infrastructure software, DevOps, IT Ops, Cloud
