Extrusion Operator
This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ability to follow department procedures regarding roll identification, labeling, slitter production records, and reclaim roll procedures. •Operation of all downstream equipment, including edge trim grinders, pull roll stand, silicon coater and winder.
•Handling of OPS roll stock from the winder into the slitter and then to WIP racking systems.
•QC lab testing for OPS sheet, SPC control charting and QA/S computer skills.
•Assist in recycling scrap OPS sheet.
•Assist the Operator C (Specialist) in threading up of the entire orienteer line from the die to the slitter, including the MDO and TDO.

•Ability to interface with computer control systems and quality lab instruments and QA/S systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be knowledgeable of SAP and Lift Truck certified.
