Extrusion Operator Associate

This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc


  • Prior manufacturing work experience required
  • Physical requirements of the job include pushing/pulling at waist level, overhead force up to 95 pounds, and frequently moving up to 50 pounds.                           
  • work in differing temperatures.                                                                
  • work 12-hour night shift and overtime as needed.                    
  • Must operate all extrusion processes in the department.
  • Includes set-up, start-up, and coordinating/replenishing materials in the production area  .                                                                                         
  • Identify and perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments as required.                    
  • Ensure quality foam sheet is being produced by inspecting materials, product, and containers at each step of the process for accuracy.               
    • Relieve team members during breaks, lunch, etc.                                                 
  • Be a demonstrated team player
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills                                                  
  • Maintain positive professional attitude
  • Must work overtime as needed
