Technical Services Engineer - App Support - 1710249
Answer calls from end users and log corresponding tickets.
Process email from end users reporting issues and service requests.
Process incoming Service Request & Incident tickets from the Self Service Tool and resolve.
Assist Incident Management team for application outages.
Send shift reports.
The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience that includes experience in taking calls and should be a graduate with good communication in English.
