Senior Specialist, HR Compliance

Job Description

This role assists in the overall administration of the Labor Relations for Human Resources and is critical in executing requirements pertaining to Labor Laws in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.


Assist the Manager, Strategic Initiatives, in governance of statutory compliances, regulations and their implementation
Interpret and provide insights on Labor Laws regulations and employee relations issues
Work with managers to effectively resolve labor and employee relations issues and/or concerns
Work on creating SOPs and workflows for setting up processes
Work with multiple stakeholders across Business Units to seek and assimilate information on a regular basis
Responsible for reviewing and responding to local grievances and representing the Company during matters related to local grievance
Develop and facilitate training material for managers on various HR and labor and employee relations topics
Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in Labor Relations or Compliance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio
Strong focus on detailing
Highly efficient and comfortable to a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Knowledge of State and Federal Labor Laws, experience in interpreting requirements
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Preferably Marathi speaking

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
