  • Be trained on the latest and greatest recruiting strategies
  • Persuade passive candidates into exploring new opportunities
  • Engage social media to promote Altisource to passive and active candidates
  • Scour all resources available to gather candidates information to fill current and future openings
  • Use data and our proprietary predictive analytics model to optimize fit

  You have...

  • No experience necessary (want to blow us away? Have studied some cool sourcing techniquest before you get to the interview. We provide training but want people who are hungry and self-learners)
  • The ability to prioritize, organize and manage a large amount of information
  • Exceptional ability to find things on the internet (in this case, people!)
  • Amazing communication and inductive reasoning skills
  • Work Ethic – do we need to explain this one?

 

  • Jump right in finding and evaluating candidates
  • Customize the the candidate experience to be as exciting as possible while highlighting your unique personality
  • Get people excited about the amazing things we are doing here
