Coordinator, Cash For Relocation

• Handle inbound calls relating to CFR assistance requests
• Make outbound calls relating to CFR assistance options
• Interact with occupants, vendors and/or real estate agents regarding the cash for relocation process
• Negotiate CFR amounts with occupants when required
• Coordinate document execution orders and schedule property inspections
• Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are accepted and completed on time
• Achieve specific outbound and inbound calling metrics on a daily basis
• Handle escalated matters involving upset consumers and/or other third parties involved in the CFR process
• Perform other administrative activities that relate to the CFR process
