We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to help Altisource to support the DMS and Trustee Businesses

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

  • Manage complex legal research and analysis projects
  • Act as a subject matter expert on areas of legal and regulatory significance-You have to know this business inside and out!
  • Develop appropriate structure for large-scale research projects to achieve desired objectives and effectively communicate findings to varied stakeholders
  • Perform legal and regulatory research on applicable state and federal laws relating to the mortgage industry
  • Develop knowledgebase of applicable laws and regulations related to the mortgage and real estate industries

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  You have...

  • Four year degree from an accredited college or university is required, recent law school graduate preferred
  • Experience in paralegal or legal position, legal research, analysis and writing
  • Experience using WestLaw, AllRegs and CounselorLaw to perform legal research
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility, as well as the ability to multi-task-We have a fast-pace environment here!
