Client Support Analyst, Trelix


 The nature of responsibilities for this role will fall into one of the below categories:


  • Create dashboard/report highlighting clients whose data tapes are not received by a pre-determined date
  • Issue preliminary and final reports to client.
  • Issue trending report to client
  • Upload re-verification bundles to the SFTP server
  • Create and maintain trackers necessary for the business unit for easy reference of stakeholders
  • Analyze void and invalid exceptions and provide recommendations


  • Ensure all the data sent to the client is 100% accurate
  • Provide suggestions, ideas to improve/automate/ the process


  • Graduate
  • 1-2 Years of semi voice/back office blended process experience
  • Prior US originations mortgage experience and knowledge of guidelines preferred
  • Excel Knowledge preferred
