All intern opportunities within the Sourcing organization require the individual to demonstrate technical competence, maintain a business perspective, be customer focused, communicate with impact and be committed to self development.
Global Sourcing Intern assignments are in either a business group sourcing organizations (Roofing and Asphalt, Insulation, or Composites Solutions) or in one of the center-led, Corporate organizations (Global Natural Gas & Energy, Capital Delivery, Indirect Services and MRO, Commodity sourcing, Transportation or Global Real Estate.) Interns have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, including negotiation skills, financial acumen, accounting and business knowledge, as well as SAP experience, all while getting involved in significant projects that aid in enhancing interns’ business, technical and analytical skills.
Global Sourcing Interns are the primary source of candidates for Owens Corning’s Sourcing Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational leadership development program.

Junior or Senior status with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Management with a 3.0 overall or greater GPA desired.
