Job Description – L1


This document details the basics job expectations for a level one which is the basic entry level for new employees. The following positions are covered under the heading production level one: mat utility operator, dry end operator, and redraw operator.


Works as a team member and performs any duty within level on a rotation basis. Performs general production support duties as directed by supervisor. Doffs, inspects, weighs, labels and packs Mat production. Salvages products from out of spec materials and insures external quality of products salvaged. Performs general housekeeping and participates in downtime cleaning activities. Bumps up and cross trains in higher levels as required.
