Junior Graphic Designer


We are looking for a talented, hardworking junior graphic designer to join our Art Department in developing, executing and delivering an array of brand assets for the website, emails, social and editorial platforms, advertisements, and in-store collateral. Reporting to the Art Director, this temp to perm role will be supported by a strong project manager and established processes within the Art Department created to ensure dedicated focus on awesome creative. The role will collaborate with all members of the Art Department in servicing OV's Marketing, PR, Partnerships & Sponsorships, eComm, and Product teams as needed for brand endeavors. An informed eye, digital design experience, and willingness to create and experiment are essential to this role. Most importantly, we look for candidates who are excited and willing to engage with the OV family, whether on the court or in the office. A love of Recreation is a must. 


  • Provide principle design support to Art Director
  • Execution, including creative development and production design, of substantive marketing collateral spanning digital and print
  • Adaptability to results of insights, site analytics, and customer feedback to ensure strategic, on-brand creative
  • Collaborate with junior associates, and cross-departmental teammates as needed to fulfill creative needs
  • Learn, uphold, and embrace brand guidelines and standards in all undertakings
  • Provide new design insight and inspiration to help usher OV into the future and connect more deeply with our customers, new and returning


  • Passionate teammate that loves the OV brand and rises to the occasion to support the broader team  
  • 1+ year professional design experience, preferably within apparel at an agency or in-house team
  • BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Major added bonus: AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro
  • Experience/proficiency in CSS, HTML, Wordpress is ideal but not necessary
  • Excellent time management skills and willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and produce visuals of the utmost quality and brand integrity
