VP of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who will build on our current recruiting strategy and scale it to the next level. This leader will be supported by a strong team and should be able to coach and grow upon their strengths.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high growth environments. You will have had experience partnering with senior leaders and executives within their organization on a wide range of recruiting topics from sourcing, to consulting on the right talent profile, to assessment methodologies and a solid strategy to build, attract and activate passive talent pipelines for key roles. The ideal candidate will also be a strong people manager who will be able to coach, provide timely feedback and resources to build capabilities on the Talent Acquisition team that can lead to great careers within the company.

Main focus areas:

  • Talent Acquisition Infrastructure: Build vs. Buy decisions for recruiting tools such as an ATS, Interview process standardization that will balance keeping the hiring bar high enough but also build for scale;
  • Sourcing Strategy: Building a strategy around sourcing candidates not just for “here and now” but also building a passive network of candidates who can be activated for the “roles of tomorrow”
  • Employment Brand: Define Outcome Health as an employer of choice for all our key talent segments and then build, design and drive a strategy to institutionalize the core message over social media and other platforms;
  • Build and develop the best-in-class recruiting organization: Someone who has a keen eye to spot exceptional recruiting talent across a variety of roles (sourcer, coordinator, recruiter, closers, recruiting manager etc.), coach them to excellence and build the best recruiting organization.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading and scaling high tech companies and taking them to the next level.

You will have the ability to consult, influence and manage hiring managers as well as the ability to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base- a true business partner on talent acquisition. You will have experience building and scaling programs such as college/MBA programs, internal transfer process, Executive search programs and other programs that address the demand for talent in high growth environments.
