The foundation of Outcome Health is our family - the team that we build, develop and grow with. As a Talent Acquisition Researcher, you will be accountable for supporting our strategic researching efforts  to find active and passive candidates within our Engineering & Product business units.

You will work closely with our Strategic Recruiting Partner to define a lead generation strategy, develop creative and diverse sourcing techniques, and help boost attendance for our networking events. You are familiar with boolean searches on: LinkedIn, social media, aggregate, and niche industry specific websites. As a Talent Acquisition Researcher, you demonstrate a deep yearning to understand business areas and capabilities,  top market trends, and want to be a trusted adviser to your Recruiting Partner. You are organized, careful, and intuitive.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a very fast paced environment and has a passion for meeting people and generating leads. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.  You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.
