WHO ARE YOU
Are you tired of reading the playbook and want a chance to write the playbook? Before you get in a checkout line at the grocery store do you find yourself mentally calculating the clerks per minute throughput divided by total number of items in the cart? If so, we are looking for the next leaders of Outcome Health. The newly created Strategy & Operations team is looking for skilled data analysts to partner with our divisional leaders in order to drive business results. The S&O team will help the organization use analytics to achieve our hairy audacious goals. Obtain a holistic view of Outcome Health by being deeply engrained in a division’s operations then pivoting to your next obsession within the S&O team.
S&O team members should have an ability to input, process, and utilize large amounts of data to guide customer/member strategy, measure operational performance and execution. A strong background in SQL and data analysis/coding is a must. The individual should be innately curious and take initiative to ask questions around the “why” and the “so what” to drive better business outcomes. He/she should also be self-managed, confident, driven and a strong communicator. Prior experience in Python and Tableau is a plus.
- BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of Python & Tableau a plus
- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous and diverse strategic and market problems
- Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner, with attention to detail and bias towards driving outcomes
- Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills including packages such as: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), SAS, etc.
