WHO ARE YOU
Are you tired of reading the playbook and want a chance to write the playbook? Before you get in a checkout line at the grocery store do you find yourself mentally calculating the clerks per minute throughput divided by total number of items in the cart? If so, we are looking for the next leaders of Outcome Health. The newly created Strategy & Operations team is looking for passionate analytical thinkers to partner with our divisional leaders in order to drive business results. The S&O team will help the organization use analytics to achieve our hairy audacious goals. Obtain a holistic view of Outcome Health by being deeply engrained in a division’s operations then pivoting to your next obsession within the S&O team.
S&O team members should have an ability to input, process, and utilize large amounts of data to guide customer/member strategy, measure operational performance and execution. A strong background in analytical modeling is a must. The individual should be innately curious and take initiative to ask questions around the “why” and the “so what” to drive better business outcomes. He/she should also be self-managed, confident, driven and a strong communicator. Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking or corporate finance is a plus in addition to proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience leading strategy projects at a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy team, marketing analytics organization or investment banking
- Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills including packages such as: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), SAS, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL & Tableau is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous and diverse strategic and market problems
- Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner, with attention to detail and bias towards driving outcomes
