You are a creative and driven Senior Technical Recruiter with the ability to deliver amazing results in an ever changing, fast paced environment. The foundation of Outcome Health is our family: the team that we build, develop and grow with. You’ll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and will be responsible for delivering a world-class candidate experience to drive impact and action. As the Senior Technical Recruiter, it’s essential that you have a high bar for talent, an incredible sense of urgency and a desire to invest deeply in the hiring process, all to ensure that the right people get hired into the right role, every time.

You have a passion for helping helping people find their dream career, an ability to look beyond the resume and thrive in a culture of innovation. At least 5 years of experience working in both staffing and a corporate setting. Experience at a high-tech, hyper-growth organization is a plus. You understand that we have an ambitious goal of transforming the healthcare industry globally and to do so, we need people who align with our mission and have a hunger to succeed.   • Own full-cycle technical recruiting, with a creative ability to source, screen, interview and hire candidates, all while creating an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization, while staying on top of market trends in order to be a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Build and maintain a network of passive, top talent through pro-active sourcing sourcing and outreach strategies.
  • Recommend innovative ideas and strategies that elevate the recruiting/hiring process and contribute to the long range growth of Outcome Health.
  • Participate in ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives as they arise.
