WHO ARE YOU

You are a highly-motivated marketing designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing unique and creative experiences to drive user behavior. You’ll work cross functionally with a team of strategic marketers, content strategists, presentation specialists and designers to develop, design and produce creative initiatives that drive impact and action. As the senior marketing designer, it’s essential that you represent the voice of Outcome Health.

You have a passion for strategic thinking and creative executions — and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with sales teams is a plus. You understand that impactful design can largely impact the campaign’s success and sales wins.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years’ experience supporting an internal marketing team executing a range of projects (ad campaigns, product videos, landing pages, email marketing, tradeshow and industry events, etc.)
  • Expert understanding of the digital space and proficient in print work
  • Expert knowledge of the Creative Suite
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without direct supervision
  • A team-oriented, collaborative approach to design
