WHO WE NEED

Are you the kind of person who looks at a dozen competing priorities? Are you able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and requests while being flexible and strategic in navigating evolving change? Well, we're looking for a Project Coordinator to stay on top of the project queues that power our Insights & Analytics organization and to manage relationships with our industry leading partners. This role is for someone who takes tremendous pride in conducting an orchestra to perfection, as they are to support their team in this ambitious journey.  

We need someone who can stay several steps ahead, anticipate needs and occasionally read minds. This opportunity requires strong analytical and organization skills, and an individual who understands not just the task asked to complete, but also the objective and takes ownership over outcomes. This person thrives on being the essential and trusted partner to cross-functional teams and will be key to organizing and coordinating critical tasks involved with the growth of the company.

Required Core Aptitudes 

  • Strong data/reporting skills 
  • Exceptional business acumen and negotiation
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills (ex: assemble decks, memo writing, crafting templates, etc.)
  • Plan, develop and coordinate the implementation of resources to execute assigned projects
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to keep the team accountable to executing on deadline
  • Continually reassess priorities to form alignment with goals/external dependencies or resources
  • Unyielding commitment to standards of excellence
