WHO ARE YOU
Our team of Solutions Deployment Specialists (SDS) is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance and repair of our 110,000 (and growing) digital screens, PC players, Android tablets, Wifi access points, and digital wallboards in healthcare practices nationwide. The Solutions Deployment Team has a critical role in getting our education platforms installed in a timely, accurate and customer-friendly way to help meet our mission – of educating patients on positive health outcomes. This team coordinates the installations of our media systems in healthcare facilities around the country and remotely guides third-party field technicians who are on-site.
We are looking for an outstanding Manager for the Solutions Deployment Team. The following are the components that define success in the role:
- Operational Excellence: First and foremost, we need a strong operator in this role who will oversee scaling processes, strengthening field communication, evolving technical specifications, and contributing to product features
- Strong Cross-functional collaboration: The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills – internally with teams such as implementation, sales and account management as well as externally with on-site IT contacts and field technicians. In this capacity, the leader should be able to make intelligent tradeoffs with a variety of teams who may have slightly different interests in order to drive favorable outcomes for Outcome Health. This means making meaningful compromises when needed or pushing the status quo when needed
- Solve for tomorrow while executing for today: We need a leader who can think about how the function/role of our SDS’s need to scale/evolve to meet the needs of the business for tomorrow and relentlessly push/advocate for those changes. At the same time, we like our leaders to be involved in the day-to-day execution without losing focus on the KPIs or outcomes that matter today - no easy task!!
- Build, coach and develop a world class team: Over and above all, we want a big leader in this role. Someone who has a keen eye to spot exceptional talent, coach them to excellence and build a strong Solutions Deployment team.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have between 10-12 years of experience in Operations environment such as manufacturing, logistics, financial services operations (Credit Card, Forex, Trading Settlement etc.). We want a strong operator who has strong grasp of operational metrics, can work backwards from business goals to define those metrics and can drive the team to excellence in achieving those goals.
You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric. We strongly believe in white-glove service for our member physician practices and this technical role needs to be that perfect blend of technical acumen and customer centricity. While a good grasp of end-to-end networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, and networking hardware is preferred, it is not a must.
