WHO ARE YOU
You are responsible for creating the most timely, efficient and positive implementation experience for our newest members. You’ll work directly with our members and internal teams to lead the install of our digital platforms into our members’ offices thus driving impact and action for their patients. As the “Quarterback” for every new installation, it’s essential that you are able to manage competing priorities, drive action, and delight the member in the process.
You have a passion for servicing customers and driving for flawless execution and thrive in a fast-pace environment. Experience with Salesforce or the healthcare industry is a plus. You understand that delivering a positive implementation experience is the first step towards activating the best health outcomes for every person, and you’re excited to be a part of that transformational moment. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.
- 1-3 years of experience in fast paced customer service or project management role
- Ability to manage competing tasks and execute at a high level
- Sincere passion for serving customers, both internally and externally
- Experience working with and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Excellent email, phone and verbal communication skills
