WHO ARE YOU

The Field Operations group is responsible for the installation and maintenance of our patient-information devices and warehousing (fulfillment, outbound, and inventory); managing some of the largest cost lines on our company P&L.

You are an energetic and driven operations enthusiast with a focus on execution and service excellence; applying critical thinking to drive continuous improvement to OH Field Suppliers that impact Provider Solutions teams. You are responsible for supporting the Field Services SR team as we work to execute field service operating models that enable Provider Solutions teams to install and maintain our devices in a high-quality and cost effective way.

You want to strengthen communication between Field Services SR team and Provider Solutions teams around new products and processes that impact quality and cost metrics of our members and our operations. By working cross functionally with internal stakeholders, you will grow comfortable representing Field Services SR team during team meetings. You will contribute to the development of tools and processes that make our team and Suppliers more efficient and effective. You will need to balance the needs of OH and OH suppliers, understanding the historical relationship between both stakeholders, when speaking to process modification requests or receiving feedback from either group.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of work experience;
  • Desire to learn, both through on-the-job-training and independently;
  • Self-motivated and able to drive improvement on defined KPIs;
  • Passion for solving problems;
  • Project management experience;
  • Strong process-centric background;
  • Able to create process maps, decision trees and the interest in creating/improving these in the future;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams;
  • Candidate should demonstrate flexibility and willing to wear many hats;
  • Ability to influence without authority;
  • College degree in business, operations, or supply chain desired, but not required
