WHO ARE YOU
Our Campaign Operations team is a best-in-class organization delivering campaign success across our increasing portfolio of business. The Director, Campaign Operations will contribute to our unprecedented growth by helping build a world class system for delivering across our ever-growing physician network and build a world class team to execute against it. You should be someone who is technically inclined with a passion for leveraging tech to solve problems and build unique solutions for our marketplace. You should aim to bring precision and scrutiny to each and every program. Overall, you should be excited by the opportunity to build out systems and processes on the commercial side of our business, enhance our client relationships by making things even more seamless, and be energized to work across the entire Commercial Solutions organization.
The Director, Campaign Operations oversees the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, supervising campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking. This role involves maintaining relationships with third party vendors and media agencies to ensure proper delivery of ad campaigns. The Director is responsible for providing ad operations, tagging and technical recommendations internally and directly to the client.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, 5+ years of experience managing a team
- Deep experience in inventory management and operations, including serving as a key stakeholder for the product and engineering teams on all systems customized or built to execute campaigns flawlessly
- Technical expertise across a number of ad systems - servers, DMPs, SSPs, and bid platforms, in addition to understanding third-party ad tags
- Experience establishing and working with outsourcing partners, including third party data providers
- Track record of building and leading successful operational teams
