The Client Success team aims to deliver innovative programs with exceptional results to our partners. The Campaign Operations Specialist will contribute to this by maintaining the strongest sense of urgency, a relentlessness to reviewing campaign details, and an exhaustive level of care for each of our partner’s programs. This role will become a product expert in all of our platform tools and work closely with the whole of the Client Success organization to stay up-to-date on all upcoming campaigns, execute all launches seamlessly, and monitor the health of all of our existing programs.  You will be the lynchpin to securing all pieces of the program together and ensuring for flawless execution. But you will also be the watchman who sounds the alarm when we need to improve any piece of the program, process, or product. You should possess experience in trafficking digital campaigns and an ability to spot technical issues & find resolutions that will best serve our partners. In addition, you should love wading through the details, delivering against tight deadlines, and working with a team of passionate people.
