You are an experienced leader who can pair strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth Strategy and be responsible for using a variety of analytical tools to assess outcomes data and provide a strategic voice to the sales team and other partners within the organization. In this role, it’s essential to have an in-depth understanding of Outcome Health’s organizational philosophy, products and value propositions while also understanding the needs of clients and partners.

You are a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a passion for learning. You thrive in a high-demand, performance-driven environment. Experience working on multiple tasks in parallel is imperative. You’re a powerful communicator who is comfortable acting as an individual contributor and as a manager. You understand how critical it is for a company to identify and define business trends and you’re eager to bring this analytical expertise to Outcome Health.


  • 2 years post-MBA strategic management consulting experience at a top firm
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, identify insights and synthesize how these insights impact business decisions
  • Ability to run and manage highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner
  • Must be empathetically authentic and puts the accomplishments of the team before the individual
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, possess vision
  • Effective experience with Excel and SQL is strongly preferred
