Then you are in the right place at Outbrain! To strengthen our performance sales team in São Paulo we are looking for a Performance Manager.

Your first year should look like this:

After 3 months, you are an Amplify expert and can operate the dashboard safely and effectively. In addition, you look after your own customers and set up campaigns, launch and optimize campaigns
After 6 months you have developed a whole series of customers and are significantly responsible for the further expansion of important, strategic performance marketer
After your first year, you are an integral part of the performance sales team and contribute significantly to increasing your existing customer base and customer satisfaction


  • Look after the customer business for selected performance marketers
  • Manage the complete workflow of your customers: preparation, upload, launch, kick-off call, follow-up, daily optimization, reporting & analysis of campaigns
  • You will be responsible for the upsell of your existing customers and thus secure further campaigns
  • Analysis of the performance of your campaigns, recommend and implement optimizations to increase the performance (tailor-made and customized)
  • Further establish Native Discovery in the world of performance marketing
  • Set new standards in web, mobile and video in the field of native advertising
  • Persuade leading performance marketers to continue to achieve their goals with Outbrain
  • Be a part of the São Paulo Performance Team, exchange ideas with your international colleagues from Product, Sales, Account Management and Marketing

To be successful, you will:
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in sales in the digital industry
  • Experience in the management and optimisation of online campaigns (Display, SEA, Social, Native etc.)
  • You have a strong understanding of online marketing metrics (ad impressions, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROI)
  • Very good English spoken and written
  • Experience in the implementation of given KPIs, e.g. Awareness, commitment, performance
  • Professional dealing with customers, be it face-to-face, by email or by phone
  • You have negotiating skills to locate and implement upsell opportunities
  • Technology affinity and interest in getting to know the intricacies of our systems in order to share your expertise with your customers
  • Analytical skills to observe and identify trends in data and performance metrics
  • Ability to approach brands and agencies proactively, independently and as a team
  • You are \"outbrainy\", i. always open to new ideas, creative and approaching challenges in a positive and purposeful way
  • You feel at home in online marketing and can use your knowledge efficiently
  • You appreciate good cooperation and are eager to learn
