Our potential clients are in need of a number of services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Help with IRS tax audits
  • Filing past-due tax returns
  • Removing an IRS levy or federal tax lien
  • Setting up tax payment plans
  • Removing wage garnishment
  • Filing an offer in compromise

VERIFICATION SPECIALIST

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a customer focused individual, you will communicate with our existing client base, and verify client information and understanding of services. You will use your customer service skills to communicate in an open and helpful tone, and work with various teams to address client concerns in a high-volume professional environment.
  • Performs inbound and outbound Verification Welcome calls to our existing client base
  • Respond to client questions and concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Submit and complete tickets of clients' requests through our ticketing system
  • Manage production goals, deadlines, and various metrics in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
  • First 2 weeks are the paid training period (Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

WHO YOU ARE:
  • A Strong Multitasker with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens while on the phone
  • You Possess Excellent Organizational, Written, and Communication Skills
  • Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • You Hold a Strong Work Ethic and are Committed to Excellence

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office Applications
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills
  • Client focus, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Type a minimum of 35 WPM (Assessment will be conducted at time of interview)
