The Career Development Specialist designs, implements and promotes the career development programs for specific groups of employees. The CD Manager supports Human Resources in finding the best internal talents and incorporates them into different talent pools.

The CD Manager positively motivates the top managers and helps them grow the next generation of leaders for the organization. The CD Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

As a Full-Time Career Development Manager, you will:

  • Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development strategy
  • Connect the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy
  • Set the basic schedule of career development activities during the year
  • Lead and manage the development of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents
  • Regularly assess the results of development programs
  • Management of the Performance Review Process
  • Management of Service Awards
  • Promote internal job opportunities through creative methods
  • Promote development programs in the organization
  • Set the methodology for the assessment and development centers
  • Build the functioning relationship with the top managers
  • Promote career development programs and actively support all assessment centers
  • Assists in Succession Planning Efforts
  • Lead strategic organization wide projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders
  • Participate in Weekly HR Meetings
  • Head the Tuition Reimbursement Program
  • Work closely with Training Programs
  • Assist with Project Management of key Company initiatives
  • Integral part of system implementations and new program roll-outs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • HR Experience Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent Communication
  • Self-Starter
  • Innovative
  • High Attention to Detail
