Home Operations - National Program Manager

About the Role
As a Home Operations National Program Manager, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling programs aimed at pursuing operational excellence across Home Operations. You will develop a detailed understanding of our business and, over time, leverage that perspective to become a trusted partner and advisor to operators. You will work cross-functionally and oversee programs from end-to-end in order to drive meaningful business outcomes and metrics.

  • Work with the Head of Home Operations on programs to drive core business metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects to drive operational efficiency across Home Operations
  • Work closely with operating teams to design, run, and analyze experiments across all stages of the operations
  • Drive and support team projects and goals on a quarterly cycle, measuring impact against key team metrics
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of operating processes
  • Regularly communicate program updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 3 to 6 years experience in operations, project/program management, consulting, or a high-performance professional services firm
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with SQL

You Are:

  • Excited by operational process and challenges, with a knack for uncovering how to make things work, even with limited resources
  • Comfortable with project managing a process that involves multiple teams, and manage key stakeholders properly if issues arise
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritize which ones are most important first
  • Flexible, scrappy, and willing to roll up your sleeves to do “whatever it takes”
  • A strong and structured communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to see your impact
