is seeking an outstanding entry-level Designer. This is a unique opportunity to

join a group passionate about purpose-driven, conceptual design, telling

compelling stories and creating extraordinary experiences. Our work spans brand

identity, mobile web and apps, live action and animated films, infographics,

campaign concepts, and more. Our diverse client base includes Fortune 500

brands, leading NGOs, government agencies and professional associations. In all

things creative, we believe in pushing boundaries and clarity of execution.

Candidates will

have a solid portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of design principles,

typography, user experience, and what engages audiences online. Candidates must

be able to clearly articulate design rationale and its role in creative problem

solving, as well as the evolving importance of the social Web in shaping brand

strong portfolio showcasing good design, combined with a driving passion for creating

great online experiences and a need to excel at what you do – we want to talk

  • Portfolio that

demonstrates interactive and visual design skills, typography, branding,

illustration, photo retouching and storytelling

  • Modern

aesthetic that demonstrates attention to detail

  • BFA/BA in

Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field preferred.

  • Familiarity

with User Experience (UX) methodology.

  • Expertise in

Adobe Creative Suite – including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in

particular. Video editing and motion graphics / animation a huge plus.

  • Ability to

conceptualize and visually realize original ideas.

  • Ability to

clearly communicate and present your work.

  • Ability to keep

up with current trends in digital design, development and communication


  • A positive

attitude and a collaborative personality.

  • Tapped into

social, the mechanics that drive it, and the latest trends.
