temporary Office Assistant (32 – 40 hours per week) to join our dynamic

administrative team for a 5 month engagement. Hours are flexible

between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., but firm between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.



position will provide clerical and administrative support to the receptionist

and staff through efficient and courteous phone assistance, routine typing and

filing, and general administrative and office projects. The successful candidate will be flexible,

detail-oriented and a team player.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Strong PC skills
  • A thorough knowledge of general office practices



  • Post-secondary education
  • Technical aptitude (Outlook, Java, and image machine knowledge)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
