The SEO Account Manager will manage a team of Account Executives with the support of the Senior Account Manager in managing the clients’ SEO programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategy across multiple clients
  • Develop and implement SEO focused content strategy
  • Provide technical SEO consultancy to clients (site migrations, on-site optimisation, technical troubleshooting)
  • Train and support the Account Executives in their daily tasks
  • Lead weekly conference calls and attend monthly meetings with clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners via phone, emails and direct contact
  • Participate in new business pitches and building SEO proposals where required
  • Keep up to date with Google Algorithm updates


  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

  • Relevant and previous SEO experience (international SEO is a plus)
  • Understanding of the digital marketing mix
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills is absolutely essential
  • Organised and methodical with excellent time and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing a team
  • Advanced Excel skills with a focus on data visualisation and insights
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and web standards. Any experience in programming languages will be a plus.
